Not sure what TFit is? TFit is functional fitness, it's training your body the way it's supposed to move, the way you were born to move. With TFit you can expect to Squat, Pull, Press, Jump, Row and Run.

Trafford Fit is owned and operated by family oriented people. Family time is important, we really get that, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get fitter together as a family. We have specialist coaching staff who run our TFit Kids and TFit Teens programmes.

We also run Mum & Baby Fitness Classes, you can bring your baby with you, we'll keep an eye on them, allowing you to train and make friends with likeminded women. Even better you can put your child in our TFit Pre-School session at the same time as your Mum & Baby session

Making sure you stay in tip top condition, Trafford Fit have an in-house Sports Therapy team. The TFit Therapy team provide sports massage, injury triage and rehab plans.

You may or may not know, we used to be CrossFit Trafford, however we ceased our CrossFit affiliation so we could adapt our programme to focus on delivering TFit.

TFit is a focus on fitness for health for everyone. TFit is for everyone, it's totally inclusive regardless of experience, age or ability. TFit is about making everyday people fitter, to get the most from their lives.

All of this takes place at our gym facility in Altrincham, on Atlantic Street WA14 5DD. In terms of facilities we invested a lot in to our changing and showering facilities, so you can train and then get to work looking tip top.

Early doors, we appreciate many of you lead busy lives, so our first class of the day is at 05:30. Do you need any more reasons to try us out?

    A class specially for the 60+ year olds. We setup this class to help any 60+ y/o get fitter, regardless of ability - we'll get you moving.

At Trafford Fit we pride ourselves on being open to the whole community, whatever your age or ability we are happy to welcome you and coach you. The beauty of Functional Fitness is the scalability. We’re all about health and wellbeing – we want to get you fitter so you can get more enjoyment out of your day to day life. Whether you’re in your 70s or you’re looking for your 5 year old – we have a class to suit.

Class Times

At Trafford Fit we have classes running everyday, 7 days a week. We offer a really simple membership that enables you to attend every day of the week, if you really want to. During the week, our early doors classes start at 05:30 and 06:30 – the red eye sessions. Later in the morning we have our affectionally named ‘slackers’ class at 10:30 – where we take a more relaxed approach.

Group Training

Group Functional Fitness, is essentially group personal training, we run a strength and conditioning programme – meaning we’ll get you stronger and fitter. We cap all of our classes so that they are never crowded. Your enjoyment, feeling of being coached and your results are our priority – in every session you attend. In addition to our regular classes, we also run a number of special classes: Mum & Baby Fitness, 60+ Legends and Kids & Teens.

We’re a Community

Trafford Fit is more than just a gym, we’re a community. You are at our heart. Unlike most commercial gyms, we want you to attend as often as you can – if we don’t see you for a while, you can expect us to fire you a message and a call to check in. You’ll also meet like minded people, and make great friends. We like to get out to the countryside as often as possible for a walk / run / bike or paddle. There’s usually more than one hair brain scheme on the go too.

We made a big change, a huge change, we decided to cease our affiliation with CrossFit. We feel our values and goals are no longer aligned to those of CrossFit. We are no longer CrossFit Trafford, we are now Trafford Fit, and these are our values:
