What is TFit?

TFit is constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity – but what the heck does that mean? In a nut shell TFit is Functional Fitness (oh and caffeine, the coaches always have a mug in hand):

TFit is for everyone, any age and any ability. Our membership provides unlimited classes with speciality / focus classes to turn you into a well rounded athlete!

If you want to get to regionals and become a competitive “CrossFit™️ athlete”, then walk on by – we’re not really interested in elite competition, we want to get you, the general population, fitter and better for your day to day activities and hobbies – that doesn’t mean you won’t see epic results though 🙂
