Our TFit Kids & Teens Fitness Programme is functional fitness specifically programmed and aimed at children. Following the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity. Our Kids & Teens programme emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
Our Kids fitness classes are meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. The Kids and Teens programme is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.

TFit Pre-school is for ages 3 to 5. Fitness based around play and learning. This runs during our Mum & Baby sessions, so you can both train membership
TFit Kids is for ages 5 to 10. Always different and never boring... membership
TFit Teens is for ages 10 to 16. Specially tailored version of 'adult' TFit... membership
We made a big change, a huge change, we decided to cease our affiliation with CrossFit. We feel our values and goals are no longer aligned to those of CrossFit. We are no longer CrossFit Trafford, we are now Trafford Fit, and these are our values:
